I am a grower and cooking teacher. I teach rare trade skills through my farm ORTO. Wild yeasted bread making skills, pasta making skills, salami, fermenting, food preserving, foraging and wild edible fungi identification skills. I run chestnut and garlic harvesting sagras and tours of our farm.

Meredith Farm Produce has been created to promote and sell produce from the Meredith Dairy Farm. A shop & cafe "Meredith Farm Produce", has been purchased to showcase and retail the products. A kitchen garden and commercial kitchen compliment the theme for a Paddock to Plate experience.

Boutique winery based in the Grampians with a vineyard and winery at Mafeking and a vineyard and cellar door on the highway at Great Western. First vintage 1995. Oldest vines at Great Western were planted in 1878.

The Turret Bakehouse bakes fresh hand shaped artisan sourdough 7 days week. Available from purchase at the Turret Cafe, 7 days 7-3pm.

Second Time Designs is a home based workshop, that specialises in producing unique timber furniture & boards. Their works are featured with American oak, walnut, Victorian Ash and redgum that is milled by themselves.

Our journey started with a simple love of flavour and family, in Arthur Shoppee's backyard in the 1960's. Today, that same love makes us Australia's leading duck producer. Since 1968, we've provided Australia's finest duck to restaurants, homes & retail. Our ducks are farm to table, family-owned, antibiotic & hormone-free.

Nintingbool is a family-owned and operated winery and vineyard located at Smythes Creek, just west of Ballarat.
