Using the finest ingredients from across our region - from Goldfields Farmhouse Cheeses to Tuki Farm's smoked trout - this menu celebrates the flavours and producers that make our part of Victoria unique.

The Kilderkin Sausage Fest is a gourmet homage to the humble banger. Featuring a plate of six exceptional chipolata sausages from some of the region’s most respected butchers and producers, this event elevates the classic bangers-and-mash with a curated selection of three seasonal mashes and a trio of house-made gravies. Each serve will be accompanied by a signature Larrikin Gin & Tonic or a local craft beer.
