Des & Debi O'Toole Honey is a household name in the Daylesford district. Des and Debi O’Toole have been producing honey in Daylesford for over 35 years from the Wombat State Forest. They use a cold extraction method to keep all the goodness and flavour carefully intact.

Yendon Gourmet Tomatoes creates delicious, flavoursome, and hydroponic produce year round. In addition to their tomato specialty, they also grow variety of other produce including aubergines, basil, watercress, cucumbers, and strawberries!

In 1984, Ray and Jo started hosting school and kindergarten children for a day on the farm, which finished with a muesli slice. Word got out and slice making became a full time job, and the rest is history. Now, Springhill Farm has grown into a national brand and employs over 50 people.

Long View Farm & Meats is a family business, owned and operated in Clunes, Victoria. We offer farm fresh lamb and beef, grown locally on our property, as well as pork, chicken, and fresh fish.
