About Sisko Chocolate Studio | Trentham Sisko Chocolate Studio in Trentham is where artistry meets indulgence. Founded by artisan chocolatier Christina Tantsis, Sisko creates handcrafted chocolates using premium French couverture and locally inspired ingredients. Each piece is made in small batches on-site, celebrating design, flavour, and connection.

You'll find a diverse range of soils across the Blue Pyrenees, resulting in wines with a complex array of flavours. We believe that all wines should show varietal fruit characters and highlight the flavours of the specific site and region in which they're grown.

We are proud stewards of Terrakin Farm. We have a strong focus on sustainability and animal ethics. We're working hard to return native vegetation to the landscape, protect and enhance waterways and reduce our farm emissions. We use low stress stock handling, and provide our sheep with diverse pastures for grazing.
