Take the opportunity for a guided tour around our Dairy Flat Farm, 40 acres of regenerative gardens which supply the award-winning Lake House Restaurant. You’ll see the market gardens growing vegetables, herbs and flowers, the orchard, bee hives and olive grove. Visit the vineyard, ornamental gardens and meet a few of Dairy Flat’s resident animals along the way. Of course, a stop in at the bake house is essential before returning to Lake House for a long lunch. A multi course Chefs menu is inspired by the summer bounty from our farm and trusted local suppliers.
