About Sisko Chocolate Studio | Trentham Sisko Chocolate Studio in Trentham is where artistry meets indulgence. Founded by artisan chocolatier Christina Tantsis, Sisko creates handcrafted chocolates using premium French couverture and locally inspired ingredients. Each piece is made in small batches on-site, celebrating design, flavour, and connection.

You'll find a diverse range of soils across the Blue Pyrenees, resulting in wines with a complex array of flavours. We believe that all wines should show varietal fruit characters and highlight the flavours of the specific site and region in which they're grown.
Tuki Trout Farm
Tuki is a special getaway situated on historic “Stoney Rises”. The property is a traditional grazing property, the woolshed, miner’s cottage and stable restaurant being original buildings. The area has been farmed for over 150 years.
Moonambel Gap Olives
Moonambel Gap Olives is situated in the Pyrenees Ranges of Central Victoria, the heart of Pyrenees Wine Country. Moonambel is a small town, its name is a local Aboriginal term meaning "Hollow in the Hills". The grove has 850 trees, made up of the varieties Correggiola, Frantoio and Manzanillo situated on approximately 4 hectares of the property.
