About Sisko Chocolate Studio | Trentham Sisko Chocolate Studio in Trentham is where artistry meets indulgence. Founded by artisan chocolatier Christina Tantsis, Sisko creates handcrafted chocolates using premium French couverture and locally inspired ingredients. Each piece is made in small batches on-site, celebrating design, flavour, and connection.

You'll find a diverse range of soils across the Blue Pyrenees, resulting in wines with a complex array of flavours. We believe that all wines should show varietal fruit characters and highlight the flavours of the specific site and region in which they're grown.

We are proud stewards of Terrakin Farm. We have a strong focus on sustainability and animal ethics. We're working hard to return native vegetation to the landscape, protect and enhance waterways and reduce our farm emissions. We use low stress stock handling, and provide our sheep with diverse pastures for grazing.

Locally grown, cool climate seasonal flowers

Hampton Ridge is a small raspberry farm that is open to the public as a pick your own experience. The farm is located at the end of a short idyllic dirt road adjoining the Wombat State Forrest. It is surrounded by giant ancient alpine gums and pine trees, providing an essential wind shelter while promoting an enchanting bird life experience. Guest to the farm are able to set up a picnic and enjoy the peaceful experience in nature.

A small family orchard that practices organic and biodynamic farming. We have a small production dependent on the weather. We sell though our Facebook page and at the Ballarat Farmers Market when our fruit is in season .

Beckworth Retreat has Australian White sheep on a property near Mt Beckworth. The meat is high in Omega 3 with a low melting point for the fat resulting in deliciously tender roast dishes. These premium lamb cuts are provided in the Paddock to Plate business - both delivered to the door in bulk or available in individual cuts at our local Talbot Farmers Market.

Tuki is a special getaway situated on historic “Stoney Rises”. The property is a traditional grazing property, the woolshed, miner’s cottage and stable restaurant being original buildings. The area has been farmed for over 150 years.

Moonambel Gap Olives is situated in the Pyrenees Ranges of Central Victoria, the heart of Pyrenees Wine Country. Moonambel is a small town, its name is a local Aboriginal term meaning "Hollow in the Hills". The grove has 850 trees, made up of the varieties Correggiola, Frantoio and Manzanillo situated on approximately 4 hectares of the property.

Anita and Andy are the proud owners of Five Ducks Farm. They handcraft small batches of delicious preserves from the fruit grown on their tiny farm at the foot of the Grampians National Park.
