Beaufort Big Weekend is set to shine this Australia Day long weekend with a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity and community. The festival opens with a traditional Welcome to Country, honouring the spirit of place and people. Families can enjoy children’s Indigenous art workshops, get playful with Vegemite painting and playdough, and explore the artistry of basket weaving. Live performances from Indigenous musicians will fill the air with rhythm and story, while food lovers can sample some of Beaufort’s best local eateries and treats. With hands-on activities, cultural experiences and plenty of flavour, Beaufort Big Weekend promises something memorable for all ages.
