A celebration of a paddock to plate journey,  with a 5 course meal showcasing the quality and versatility of the Meredith Dairy farm produce.  Lunch will be enjoyed under the huge oak tree in the garden at the Meredith Farm Store in Meredith”  A partnership with the award-winning Lethbridge wines matched with each dish will further illustrate the regions unique produce and wine bounty.

1st          Curds on toast

               Whipped goat cheese, salsa verde tapenade, salt bush

2nd         Goat Cheese Souffle

               Caramelized Fennel, thyme cream sauce

3rd          Capretto Fritter

               Herb Labnah, chili oil.

4th          Roasted Capretto

               Goat cheese polenta, Pumpkin and pomegranate, chili beetroot

5th          Goat cheese Tiramisu

Cost per person is $150 as this includes matching Lethbridge wines.  For non drinkers& designated drivers, there will be a gift equivalent to wine/beer costs.
